Fiona Booth
Chief Executive of the Hansard Society, and previously the Deputy Chief Executive and Director of the Citizenship Education Programme, Fiona is a qualified school teacher and has taught in several London primary and secondary schools.
Fiona has managed the education departments of several charities, including heading Help the Aged’s Schools Education Programme and QUITS Break Free Youth Programme. She is a trustee of the Association for Citizenship Teaching and sat on several advisory boards including the then Department for Constitutional Affairs’ Information and Advice working group, the Democracy Coalition for Children and Young People, UNESCO’s Associated Schools Project Network and the Citizenship Foundation’s National Youth Parliament Competition Steering Group.
