Peter Riddell
Peter Riddell is assistant editor and chief political correspondent of The Times and chair of the Hansard Society Council.
His books include The Thatcher Government (1983), The Thatcher Decade (1989), Honest Opportunism (1993) and Parliament Under Blair (2000).
His book Hug Them Close: Blair, Clinton, Bush and the ‘Special Relationship’ (2004), won the Channel 4 Political Book of the Year Award. The Unfulfilled Prime Minister: Tony Blair’s Quest for a Legacy is his most recent book.
